DMW REQUIREMENTS FOR OVERSEAS EMPLOYERS

Verification of documents from POLO (Philippine Overseas Labor Office ) or at the nearest Philippine Consulate from the foreign client/agency.

Accreditation of foreign client/agency by the POEA where the accreditation process is managed by CPM Manpower Services.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR OVERSEAS EMPLOYERS

After the successful verification and accreditation of the client/agency, CPM Manpower will be managing the recruiting and interview at every step in this process. Since 1994, our time proven process has been working closely with the client/agency and meeting their requirements in addition to those in their host country.

WELFARE AND SUPPORT:

Employees that are hired instantly become our clients as well by periodically monitoring their welfare during the time that they are contracted to their corresponding employers. We make sure that they are provided with the necessary administrative assistance and logistical help in their host country.
